Legado de Gallo (Spanish for the legend of the rooster) has a nostalgic
backstory. My sister and I shared many fond memories of our fun nights at Roosters (a former local
club). To soften our loss and marinate our memories we created a set of 12 shot glasses of tequila.
The kit has a twist. Drinkers down shots of tequila then pop the popping pearl with their teeth as
the chaser.
